Are your courses vegan or vegetarian friendly?
Yes, you need to inform us upon booking please.
What shall I wear in the kitchen?
Non-slip comfortable shoes, light weight warm or cool indoor clothing according to the season. We provide aprons.
What shall I wear for the foraging classes?
Outdoor clothing for the weather, preferably waterproof outer layers, and good boots. To be changed for the kitchen.
What time do we arrive at the venue?
Preferably 15 minutes before the start to get changed and meet for tea & coffee.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, you will be informed upon conformation of your booking.
If I have a Gift Card Certificate, do I need to bring it with me?
Yes, it will I need to be confirmed.
Will I eat at the venue?
Yes, we have a communal lunch, you can take home an extra meal or invite a guest to dine with us. They must arrive at the end of the class.
Is alcohol available?
Yes, there is a licenced paying bar.
What if I’m late?
The classes start on time, so please leave plenty of journey time and at some locations parking time.
Do I wash up?
No, we do the washing up and cleaning of the venue.
What if I suffer from Allergies?
You will need to inform us before booking as we can’t guarantee prevention of cross contamination.
What is the minimum age for booking
Unless a specific class that is tailored for under 16’s, 16 years old, is the minimum age as a part of our insurance policy.
Andy has an encyclopedic knowledge of food. He also knows how to warm up the audience during his interactive cookery demos.
