Join Rough Diamond Chef Andy Campbell for a generous Moroccan evening of grilled merguez, colourful mezze, slow-cooked tagines and jewelled couscous.

Choose five dishes from the menu for £18.50 per person, with additional dishes available at £7.50 each.

Merguez Sausage Skewers
Served with harissa mayonnaise.

Vegetarian Mezze Trio
Zaalouk, herbed labneh and beetroot hummus, served with khobz.

Slow-Cooked Lamb Tagine
With saffron, cinnamon, ginger, pears and toasted almonds.

Preserved Lemon and Honeyed Chicken
With confit garlic and rosewater.

Roasted Squash and Chickpea Tagine
A vegan tagine with ras el hanout, baby spinach, pomegranate molasses and pistachios.

Jewelled Couscous
With nuts, seeds, dried fruit, herbs and citrus dressing.
